This soothing drink is perfect before bedtime.
It helps you relax, and take the edge off. Plus, it tastes so great it can act as a little dessert after dinner. That's why I add maple syrup to it.
Now, of course, you could cut the Maple syrup and use coconut sugar or honey, or you can cut it all together. But here's the full recipe:
Serves 2 - Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Add all ingredients to a pan.
Heat and gently simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Pour 8 ounces into a mug and serve warm or over ice.
